APC Primary: Adegbonmire congratulates Gov. Aiyedatiwa on his emergence as party’s flag bearer

Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN, Senator Representing Ondo Central Senatorial District has congratulated the State Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his emergence as the governoship candidate of the party, The All Progressives Congress for the November 16 gubernatorial election.

Adegbonmire in a statement described Aiyedatiwa’s victory “as the will of party faithfuls”

He commended the efforts of all aspirants during the electioneering process and appealed to all party members to close ranks and ensure the victory of the Governor come November, 2024. He said this was necessary in the overall interest of the state and APC.

The federal lawmaker equally requested that the Governor, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, extend an hand of brotherhood to his co- contestants and other aggrieved party members. This he said is important for the victory of the party in November, 2024.

Part of the statement read thus; ” I write to express my heartfelt congratulations to you, Your Excellency, on your victory at the primaries of our great party. I have no doubt that you will be victorious at the forthcoming November 16 gubernatorial election.

I’m confident that APC will cruise to victory in the election under your leadership and direction.

I call on all our party members and supporters all over the state and particularly, Ondo Central Senatorial District, to come together as one united family and ensure victory for the APC at the November 2024 election ” he said.

It would be recalled that His Excellency, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa emerged victorious at the primaries of the APC held on Saturday April 20, having been declared winner by the Governorship Election Committee of the APC headed by His Excellency, Hon. Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
